Here you go, Huey...

The video was taken from inside our apartment, and I wasn't trying to get a shot of Meander...I was actually going for the little white dog. Still, I thought you would enjoy watching the dogs run on the beach. I fell in love with Frankie (the white Bull Terrier) a while back. He goes between your legs when you least expect it, and he's just solid. And he's lovable. The brown Lab you see (Coco) is his house buddy. They are moving to Oregon (across the country) tomorrow, and I just wanted video to remember Frankie by.

Tell me about your dog. What is it's name and do you have to keep it indoors all of the time?

Hope you enjoy.

You really did it, Robin!!! Yes I love watching them running as carefree as they can! You live just near the beach? That's just so nice!

Xiao Bi is my 3rd dog. Yeah her name is Xiao Bi - Chinese name. I am Malaysian Chinese by the way. Well we have a garden. So she is normally in the garden. I took her to the beach a few times. You can see some of her photos at the beach here:

The blog is 'partially' commercial (for my own business building), so please don't mind about the goods there.

I took her out for walk too when I'm free - on leash all the time. :/

Huey,

Of course, I did it. I'm honored you like watching our idiot, Meander.

Xiao Bi is beautiful. I have no idea how you pronounce the name, or if my version will make sense to you, but my name (sound) is ZoBI. Not Zoby. That sounds too much like Zoey in our language. Not a bad name. Just...not right.

Frankie is a strange dog. He is 13 years old, and right now he's asleep in an empty apartment~ not knowing he's going on a fantastic journey. He won't have water there, but he'll have huge trees and mountains.

He's made me smile for months with his solid presence when we're on the beach.

Meander and I will be out there again tomorrow, and Frankie will be gone....headed West.

Hi Robin.

Ah Xiao is... like 'sea-aww'. Well I name her after her sister, Gobi, my 2nd dog. She passed away when she was 6 months old. So sad at that time. :/

13 years old is pretty old for a dog I guess. My first dog (Snow White) just passed away a few months ago at the age of 13-14. Aiks so many pass aways...

Does Meander have other friends around the neighbourhood after Frankie and Coco leave the place? Xiao Bi doesn't have much friends around. I've always wanted to get another dog for her but really restricted financially and time at the moment. :/

There are two dogs in our building that he plays with sometimes. There isn't a great place for dogs to play around here. We go to the beach in the winter, but in summer there are people and lifeguards. We do go to Pooch Park. It's 2.5 acres and lots of dogs go there. He plays a little, but mostly he loves to fetch.

Ahh... How I wish I have a big field for Xiao Bi to run as fast as she wants. I don't think there is a Pooch Park here at my place. :/
